RightsViews provides opinion and research from students and faculty at Columbia University as well as the broader human rights community. RightsViews writers should have a demonstrated interest in human rights theory and practice. If selected, each writer will be expected to cover 1-2 human rights events per semester and contribute at least 1 original article for the blog. Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to the position for at least one academic semester. Qualifications: A current graduate or undergraduate student with a demonstrated interest in Human Rights Excellent writing skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Experience contributing to online media publications preferred To apply please send your resume, a short cover letter and two writing samples to rightsviews@columbia.edu.
