Abstract

A report is presented on the new paradigm of memory that does not yield aggressive investment due to entry consolidation and barriers and the combination of mitigated demand elasticity and increasing technological uncertainty. It notes the permanent slowdown of bit growth caused by the complexity of scaling. It expects that all suppliers of memory will take advantage of this paradigm. Graphical representations showing memory paradigm are also provided.
