| Abstract | The article describes the ethnic migration of Japanese descendants. A study was conducted to investigate the position of Japanese Brazilians in Japan. This was done with a Brazilian non-governmental organization (NGO) between September 2004 and March 2008 in the city of Kobe. The author states that past migration process is related to the current process of ethnic migration. |
