Abstract

The article reports on postmemory and the absence of narrative in the aftermath of Bloody Sunday incident of Northern Ireland in January 1972 when British Army forces fired on civilians protesters, killing 14 people. It presents the experience of three members of a Northern Irish family in the course of a research project on the nature and effects of the incident.
