Conducted numerous fact finding investigations in Eastern Europe and Northern Ireland for Human Rights Watch and has written reports on such issues as ethnic violence and discrimination, conditions of pretrial detention, and freedom of the press and broadcast media. Lecturer on civil and criminal forfeiture for the Department of Justice at training conferences for judges and prosecutors in Panama (2004) and Thailand (2002).
