2017 Fellows Conference

Please join the Alliance for Historical Dialogue and Accountability as our 2017 Fellows -- coming from Burma, Colombia, Israel, Kosovo, Serbia, Turkey, Uganda, and Zimbabwe -- present the projects they have developed over the course of the Fellowship program.

The Turkish authorities’ relentless crackdown on freedom of expression and other human rights in Turkey has accelerated since the failed coup attempt of July 2016. Independent mainstream media have been all but silenced, with some 180 media outlets closed down.

Workshop: How to do Research with Genocide Survivor Testimonies in the USC Shoah Foundation Visual history Archive.

This workshop will provide an introduction to the USC Shoah Foundation Visual History Archive, a repository of over 55,000 video testimonies of survivors and other eyewitnesses of the Holocaust, the Rwandan, Armenian, Cambodian, and Guatemalan genocides, and the Nanjing Massacre in China.
