Christina Koulouri is Professor in Modern and Contemporary History at Panteion University of Political and Social Sciences(Athens, Greece), Dean of the faculty of Political Sciences.and Director of the Research Centre for Modern History (KENI).She participated as an expert of the Council of Europe and representative of Greece at the pan-European research working group of the project «Learning and Teaching 20th Century European history» (Council of Europe, 1997-2001). Since 1999, she is the chair of the History Education Committee of the Centre for Democracy and Reconciliation in Southeast Europe (CDRSEE) and general coordinator of the Joint History Project (JHP).
