David L. Phillips, director of the Program on Peace-building and Rights, has been discussing the crisis in US-Turkey relations, profiling his new book - An Uncertain Ally: Turkey Under Erdogan's Dictatorship.
On March 8th, David spoke at Columbia University's Harriman Institute. The talk was covered by C-SPAN. David also spoke at the Center on National Security at Fordham Law School. He presented at a briefing on Capitol Hill and at the National Assembly of France.
