The Global School of Indigenous Women Leaders of FIMI (International Indigenous Women’s Forum) was launched on 17 February 2023; collaboration with the Institute for the Study of Human Rights

On February 17th, FIMI launched the 2023 edition of the Global School of Indigenous Women Leaders-a remote program this year. This is the tenth edition of this unique program. 

The Indigenous Peoples’ Rights Program of the Institute for the Study of Human Rights has been cooperating with FIMI since 2013 on this program and is organizing a series of 11 seminars for the Indigenous women from February to May 2023. The seminars aim at providing a complementary human rights curriculum to that planned under FIMI’s guidance, so as to give the opportunity to participants to explore a broader context of human rights topics and advocacy.
