ISHR is pleased to welcome the 2016 HRAP Advocates to Columbia University. This year marks the 28th class of HRAP.
Nine Advocates from eight different countries will participate. Since its inception in 1989, a total of 308 human rights advocates from 86 countries have attended HRAP.
