Last week, ISHR Director Yasmine Ergas has an article published on Ingenere which explains how the Texas Heartbeat Act creates a scorched earth around any woman who might attempt to, or has had, an abortion. In the article, Ergas writes that "Abortion rights have been defended in the United States as rights of privacy.
