| Abstract | Information about the topics discussed during the international conference Memory Genealogies in Central and Eastern Europe: Theories and Methods, held at the Warsaw University Library in Warsaw, Poland on November 23-25, 2011 is presented. The conference was participated by historians, sociologists, anthropologists, ethnographers, and specialist in cultura studies from across the globe. The presentations featured the memory studies of 70 researchers including Aleida Assman and Jeffrey Olick.
