David L. Phillips writes in the Huffington Post that France should deny Serbia's request for extradition of the former Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj who was arrested on January 4th.
Phillips argues that the arrest and extradition request are dangerous pandering to Serbian nationalists. He counters that progress towards normalization between Kosovo and Serbia can only be achieved if Serbia respects Kosovo's sovereignty and quells Serbian nationalism.
