Abstract

Kauders argues that references to repression during Postwar Germany conflate affective disorders. He states that historians who have claimed that philo-Semitism characterized postwar reactions to Jews and the Holocaust use the term in an a priori fashion, thereby implying that pro-Jewish statements were anti-Semitic ones in disguise.
